On September 7, 2014, original Ghostbusters star Bill Murray was asked whether he was in favor of the female-Ghostbusters reboot or not, and Murray said, “I’m fine with it, I would go to that movie, and they’d probably have better outfits, too.” He also suggested his fan casting for the film, which included Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Linda Cardellini and Emma Stone. On October 13, it was announced that Gillian Anderson wanted to play one of the female leads. On October 14, it was revealed that original Ghostbusters star Murray might make a cameo in the film. On December 10, comedian Rebel Wilson visited Today, where she was asked about a role in Ghostbusters, on which she said, “I have had a meeting, I would even do that without the money truck. I’d do that for free.”


Ghostbusters original release date in the United States was July 22, 2016, but on August 5, 2015, the film’s release was moved to July 15, 2016.

4. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice


Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is an upcoming American superhero film featuring the DC Comics characters Batman and Superman, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures

Written by: David S. Goyer


Henry Cavill is going to take Clark Kent/Superman role, Gal Gadot will show herself as Diana Prince/ Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa will be playing Aquaman, of course Ben Affleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne and there been some rumours about Jena Malone as Barbara Gordond and Ezra Miller as The Flash.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to be released in the United States and the United Kingdom on March 25, 2016.


3. X-Men: Apocalypse


With the emergence of the world’s first mutant, Apocalypse, the X-Men must unite to defeat his extinction level plan.

Written by: Simon Kinberg, Bryan Singer, Simon Kinberg, Michael Dougherty, Dan Harris.


Oscar Isaac will take the main role as en Sabah Nur/Apocalypse, Jennifer Lawrence will be staring Raven/ Mystique, Michael Fassbender as Erik Lansherr/Magneto, Olivia Munn as Betsy Braddock/Psylocke and more.

2. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story


Rebels set out on a mission to steal the plans for the Death Star.

Directed by: Gareth Edwards

Written by: John Knoll, George Lucas, Chris Weitz, Gary Whitta.


There are currently no information on who is taking main roles. In January 2015,  there were a lot of rumors that Tatiana Maslany, Rooney Mara, Felicity Jones and Kate Mara were being tested for the film’s lead.

Rogue One will be released on December 16, 2016, one year after the franchise’s latest film, Star Wars: The Force Awakens.


1. Deadpool


A former Special Forces operative turned mercenary is subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers and adopts the alter ego Deadpool.

Written by: Rob Liefeld, Fabian Nicieza, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick.


Morena Baccarin will take one of the lead roles as Vanessa Carlysle/Copycap, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Ryan Reynolds will take Wade Wilson/Deadpool.

    I agree with every single one of these. Jeez. I think you & I might have some very similar taste in movies.
    Mind you, I’m more of DC comics boy and you’re missing Suicide Squad. And there’s also a huge bunch of comedies coming out too :p
